What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the package you are interested in and the details you write about your project.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss your project and to provide the design services you ask about. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.
Consent to contact
By submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you agree that Karla Cardinale may contact you by email, phone or text message about your enquiry. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying to any message.
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored securely and are accessible only to Design by Karla. Information is shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver your project (for example a supplier or contractor) or where required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Send your request to designbykarlac@gmail.com.
