Work process
Eight stages, no guesswork
Every project follows the same structure. You always know where we are, what comes next, and what it costs.
- 01
Consultation & Project Brief
We discuss your goals, lifestyle, preferences and project requirements, then define the scope of work and the overall direction of the project.
- 02
Site Visit & Measurements
I visit the property, take all necessary measurements and carefully analyze the space to ensure accuracy for every stage that follows.
- 03
Space Planning
We develop the optimal layout based on your needs, with recommendations for improving the functionality and flow of the space.
- 04
Budget Planning
We define and approve the project budget. All further design decisions are based on this stage, ensuring clarity and control over cost.
- 05
Concept & 3D Visualization
We develop the design direction and create 3D visualizations, allowing you to clearly see your future space before anything is built.
- 06
Working Drawings
After the concept is approved, I prepare a complete set of working drawings required for construction and implementation.
- 07
Project Approval
We review and approve the full project together — all design decisions and documentation — before moving into execution.
- 08
Implementation & Supervision
We move into realization: coordinating with contractors, monitoring the process and ensuring the design is executed accurately.

Why site supervision matters
A design is only as good as its execution.
No matter how detailed a design is, construction always involves changes and unexpected on-site situations. Without the designer present, those decisions are made without a full understanding of the concept — and that inevitably shows in the final result.
When the designer leads supervision, the project is implemented exactly as intended. Every detail, proportion and material is controlled and aligned with the original vision.
For you, that means a smooth, stress-free experience: no managing contractors, no resolving technical issues, no complex decisions on site. Small changes accumulate quickly — supervision protects the integrity of the project and ensures a precise, high-quality result.
